1. The overall picture consisting of nail and skin mycosis, alopecia due to ectodermal dystrophy, and multiple autoimmune endocrinopathies, clinically leading to hypocortisolism and hypoparathyroidism resulted into the correct diagnosis.

Das Gesamtbild bestehend aus Nagel- und Hautmykose, einer Alopezie aufgrund der ektodermalen Dystrophie mit Polyautoimmunendokrinopathie, Hypokortisolismus und Hypoparathyreoidismus war klinisch wegführend.

2. Among rare mycoses there were found in the Turkey scattered cases of histoplasmosis (H. capsulatum), sporotrichosis (Sp. schenckii), rhinosporidiosis (Rhinosporidium seeberi), madura foot, actinomycosis as well as aspergillosis (A. fumigatusFres.).

Von seltenen tiefen Mykosen wurden aus der Türkei vereinzelte Fälle von Histoplasmose (Histoplasma capsulatum), Sporotrichose (Sporotrichum Schenckii), Rhinosporidiosis (Rhinosporidium Seeberi), Madura-Fuß und Aktinomykose sowie Aspergillose (Aspergillus fumigatusFresenius) mitgeteilt.

3. These forms include the granulomatous form of mycosis fungoides, which is associated with a poorer prognosis, as well as indolent CD8+ lymphoproliferations on the head and at acral localizations.

Dazu gehören Formen der Mycosis fungoides wie die granulomatöse Form, welche mit einer schlechteren Prognose einhergehen, aber auch die indolenten CD8-positiven Lymphoproliferationen im Kopfbereich und an akralen Lokalisationen.

4. In one patient with parapsoriasis varioliformis and in another with reticulosis lipomelanotica, lactase deficiency was found, and in one patient with mycosis fungoides of 2nd degree a border value of lactase activity was determined.

Bei der Patientin mit Parapsoriasis varioliformis und bei dem Patienten mit Reticulosis lipomelanotica wurde ein Lactasedefizit festgestellt und bei dem Kranken mit Mycosis fungoides II.
